Surrender of certificate.—Every liquefied petroleum gas distributor who ceases to carry on the distribution of liquefied petroleum gas shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Ombudsman in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VII of the manner in which every register of consumers held by him has been disposed of.
