Authorised agent.—Any nominee director may authorise, in writing, an agent to make applications, furnish returns and receive notices on his behalf under these regulations, shall intimate to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board in Form AOC-4 the name and address of the agent within fifteen days of the authorisation, and shall intimate the revocation of the authorisation within one hundred and twenty days of the revocation.
