Intimation of change.—Every nominee director shall intimate to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board, in Form DIR-12 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
