Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the factor shall apply to the Banking Ombudsman in Form C for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Banking Ombudsman shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fourteen days of the application.
