Application for registration.—Every registered supplier carrying on the supply of goods to the Government shall make an application for registration to the Procurement Authority in Form GFR 40, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every sanction order held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
