Surrender of certificate.—Every registered supplier who ceases to carry on the supply of goods to the Government shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Procurement Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form GFR 21 of the manner in which every audit report held by him has been disposed of.
