Safe custody.—Every registered supplier shall keep every utilisation certificate to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the supply of goods to the Government is carried on, shall record in Form GFR 41 the description of every utilisation certificate so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Procurement Authority within seven days of the close of each year.
