Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the registered supplier shall apply to the Procurement Authority in Form GFR 41 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Procurement Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
