Correction of entries.—The Procurement Authority may, on an application made in Form GFR 41 by any registered supplier or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than forty-five days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
