Surrender of certificate.—Every director who ceases to carry on the management of a company shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form PAS-3 of the manner in which every resolution held by him has been disposed of.
