Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the director shall apply to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in Form PAS-3 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
