Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any director dies, his legal representative shall, within fifteen days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in Form INC-22, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every return then held; and the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi shall enter the intimation in the register within ninety days of its receipt.
