Records to be maintained.—Every data processor shall maintain, in Form D, a record of the processing of personal data on behalf of a data fiduciary showing the particulars of every digital signature received, held and disposed of, shall make every entry in the record within three days of the transaction to which it relates, and shall preserve the record for a period of five years from the date of the last entry.
