Safe custody.—Every home-based worker shall keep every identity card to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where home-based work for wages is carried on, shall record in Form 12 the description of every identity card so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Standing Committee within seven days of the close of each year.
