Report to the Government.—The Standing Committee shall prepare, within forty-two days of the close of each year, a report of the applications received and disposed of under these rules during that year, of the number of home-based workers whose names stood on the register at its close, and of the inspections made during that year; and shall furnish a copy of the report to the Government of Goa and publish it within seven days of its preparation.
