Application for registration.—Every owner of land near an aerodrome carrying on the erection of structures near an aerodrome shall make an application for registration to the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security in Form CA-3, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every certificate of airworthiness held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
