Application for registration.—Every surety carrying on the standing as surety for a party shall make an application for registration to the Taxing Officer in Form D, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees and a statement of every affidavit held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
