Surrender of certificate.—Every intermediary who ceases to carry on the hosting of third party information shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every computer resource held by him has been disposed of.
