Surrender of certificate.—Every document writer who ceases to carry on the writing of instruments for reward shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Collector in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every adhesive stamp held by him has been disposed of.
