Surrender of certificate.—Every maintenance organisation who ceases to carry on the maintenance of aircraft shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form CA-2 of the manner in which every air operator certificate held by him has been disposed of.
