Intimation of change.—Every registered proprietor of a design shall intimate to the Government of Kerala, in Form 9 and within one hundred and eighty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Kerala shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
