Safe custody.—Every registered proprietor of a design shall keep every licence to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the application of a registered design is carried on, shall record in Form 3 the description of every licence so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Government of Kerala within three hundred and sixty-five days of the close of each year.
