Surrender of certificate.—Every registrar to an issue who ceases to carry on the business of a registrar to an issue shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Companies in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every order held by him has been disposed of.
