Intimation of change.—Every registrar to an issue shall intimate to the Registrar of Companies, in Form D and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registrar of Companies shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
