Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the licensee for the sale of poisons shall apply to the Commissioner of Police in Form VI for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Commissioner of Police shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
