Safe custody.—Every co-developer shall keep every certificate of origin to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the development of infrastructure in a Special Economic Zone is carried on, shall record in Form ANF-3A the description of every certificate of origin so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Reserve Bank within seven days of the close of each year.
