Intimation of change.—Every owner of a telecommunication tower shall intimate to the Telecommunication Engineering Centre, in Form B and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Telecommunication Engineering Centre shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
