Application for registration.—Every owner of a telecommunication tower carrying on the erection of telecommunication towers shall make an application for registration to the Telecommunication Engineering Centre in Form H, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees and a statement of every interconnection agreement held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
