Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any community mediator dies, his legal representative shall, within fourteen days of the death, intimate the death to the Chairperson of the Council in Form E, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every arbitration agreement then held; and the Chairperson of the Council shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
