Surrender of certificate.—Every community mediator who ceases to carry on the conduct of community mediation shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Chairperson of the Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every mediated settlement held by him has been disposed of.
