Intimation of change.—Every community mediator shall intimate to the Chairperson of the Council, in Form G and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Chairperson of the Council shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
