Periodical returns.—Every occupier of land used for manoeuvres shall furnish to the General Officer Commanding-in-Chief, within twenty-one days of the close of each year, a return in Form B of the use of land for manoeuvres carried on during that year, and a nil return where no such activity was carried on.
