Conditions of registration.—Every occupier of land used for manoeuvres shall carry on the use of land for manoeuvres only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every notice of manoeuvres in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such notice of manoeuvres for inspection on request by the Provost Marshal, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
