Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any occupier of land used for manoeuvres dies, his legal representative shall, within twenty-one days of the death, intimate the death to the General Officer Commanding-in-Chief in Form C, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every licence then held; and the General Officer Commanding-in-Chief shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
