Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a parking lot shall apply to the Director of Municipal Administration in Form D for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Director of Municipal Administration shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within sixty days of the application.
