Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any operator of a parking lot dies, his legal representative shall, within ninety days of the death, intimate the death to the Director of Municipal Administration in Form G, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every licence then held; and the Director of Municipal Administration shall enter the intimation in the register within sixty days of its receipt.
