Bye-law 20, Securities and Exchange Board of India (Fees of The rating of securities) Bye-laws, 2018 [S62-13F]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the credit rating agency shall apply to the Board in Form C for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
