Bye-law 8, Securities and Exchange Board of India (Fees of The rating of securities) Bye-laws, 2018 [S62-0Q6]

Report to the Government.—The Board shall prepare, within twenty-one days of the close of each year, a report of the applications received and disposed of under these bye-laws during that year, of the number of credit rating agencies whose names stood on the register at its close, and of the inspections made during that year; and shall furnish a copy of the report to the Central Government and publish it within twenty-one days of its preparation.
