Application for registration.—Every liquidator carrying on the winding up of a company shall make an application for registration to the Serious Fraud Investigation Office in Form PAS-3, within thirty days of the commencement of these regulations, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every minutes book held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
