Definitions.—In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Competition Act, 2003 (12 of 2003); (b) "liquidator" means a person carrying on the winding up of a company; (c) "debenture" means a debenture received, held or disposed of by a liquidator in the course of the winding up of a company; (d) "Form MGT-7" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
