Intimation of change.—Every importer of drugs shall intimate to the Director of Health Services, in Form 19 and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Director of Health Services shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
