Application for registration.—Every arbitral institution carrying on the administration of arbitrations shall make an application for registration to the Designated Court in Form E, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees and a statement of every statement of claim held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
