Rule 26, Karnataka Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Manner of Application) Rules, 2018 [S61-RZ1]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the central recordkeeping agency shall apply to the Central Board in Form 20 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Central Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
