Intimation of change.—Every central recordkeeping agency shall intimate to the Central Board, in Form 10 and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Central Board shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
