Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the contractor shall apply to the Labour Court in Form VI for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Labour Court shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
