Surrender of certificate.—Every registered proprietor of a design who ceases to carry on the application of a registered design shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Geographical Indications in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 2 of the manner in which every design held by him has been disposed of.
