Intimation of change.—Every surveyor shall intimate to the Council of Insurers, in Form IRDA-7 and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Council of Insurers shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
