Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of an easement who ceases to carry on the enjoyment of an easement shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Competent Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 4 of the manner in which every possession certificate held by him has been disposed of.
