Application for registration.—Every owner of an easement carrying on the enjoyment of an easement shall make an application for registration to the Competent Authority in Form 7, within three hundred and sixty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every parcel of land held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
