Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Employees' Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal in the custody of the Inspector, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Employees' Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal; and where the Inspector having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form 31 within one hundred and twenty days of the succession.
